Chronicle Books!

I've recently been turning to the great selection of postcard books and sets offered by Chronicle Books for all of my Postcrossing needs. It all started off when I purchased Jessica Hagy's 30 Postcards from INDEXED after having read about it on her site. (This information was later reposted at the Postcrossing blog.) Soon after, I won via Twitter The Kittens of Boxville postcards and book directly from Chronicle Books!

Since then, I've added the following titles to my collection: The Art of Pixar (great for swapping in cartoon and/or movie related round robins); Jordan Crane's Uptight All Night; James Jean's XOXO: Hugs and Kisses; Yoshitomo Nara's Oh! My God! I Miss You; Drop Dead Cute; Ai Yamaguchi; Isabel Samaras's On Tender Hooks; Junzo Terada's Happy Animal Time (kawaii!); Jeffrey Brown's The Cutest Sneeze in the World; and, just this week, Ray Fenwick's Hi.

That's just the tip of the iceberg! Chronicle Books also publishes lots of paper goods which are slowly finding their way to my desk.

Why do I tell you this? Because you can't spell addicts without A - D - D - I - S.

I received on 12 November 2009 from my favorite bär a postcard entitled Forever from Isabel Tamara's On Tender Hooks (published by Chronicle Books). I think I'll send him this exact same postcard in return! ^_^

From reader22, I got a cute postcard of Gromit (of Wallace & Gromit) hearing a lorry brake sharply at the lights on 62 West Wallaby Street.
